A little back story... 

After studying Marketing, I found my calling in L&D and never looked back. I evolved from a corporate facilitator into a Senior Instructional Designer at Zillow Group, where I spent five years driving learning strategy for company-wide change management, onboarding, and compliance programs. My goal has always been simple: turn dry training into engaging, high-impact experiences people actually enjoy.

What I'm doing now...

In 2024, I transitioned into freelance consulting as an LX Designer. I help small businesses create engaging learning resources from scratch, and partner with established L&D teams to jump in and tackle high-priority projects when bandwidth is tight.

  • AI-Driven Onboarding Program (Zillow Group): Designed and deployed an end-to-end onboarding learning program to train technical operations teams on transitioning from OpsGenie to Rootly AI. Leveraged generative AI workflows for rapid content generation, scenario-based quiz development, and Articulate Rise course drafting while applying rigorous quality assurance to ensure instructional alignment.

  • Leadership Development Program Overhaul (P3 Consulting): Partnered with leadership consultants to modernize training materials, introducing interactive job aids and refreshed visual presentation decks to drive information retention.

  • Field Worker Performance Support (Gridware): Developed field-ready microlearning resources and performance support tools for installation crews, reducing initial onboarding time and accelerating on-the-job competency.
