For each of the eLearning course samples below, I managed the end-to-end creation and was the sole instructional designer on the project. For each course, I started by partnering with senior leaders to understand the business problem and identify the learning gap, conducted a thorough needs analysis, partnered with subject matter experts to develop objectives and create a course design, developed the course and all assets included, conducted reviews, launched the course in the LMS, managed evaluations and revised when needed.
